We will fine-tune your network on a quarterly or biannual basis. While there is no foolproof way to ensure your network is operational 24 hours a day, the time we invest in keeping your network running smoothly may save you thousands of dollars in the long run.

Network Evaluation
- We will evaluate your network for performance, security and reliability.
- Analyze your network security for vulnerability.
- Monitor your network traffic for bottlenecks.
- Assess your network resources (printers, file servers, application servers,
etc.) for reliability.
Critical Data Backup
- Ensure you are backing up your critical data on a timely basis.
- Perform restore functions and incorporate backup functions with your disaster recovery plan.
Server and Workstation Service
- We will install, schedule and coordinate server utilities for optimum
performance and take preventative measures to avoid hardware
failures.
Initial maintenance:
- Defragment the hard drive.
- Run scandisk and surface scans.
- Run disk clean-up utilities.
- Check for anti-virus software.
- Develop a disaster recovery plan.
- Establish performance baselines.
- Document the system configuration.
Subsequent maintenance:

Review logs for indicators of developing problems.

Perform routine maintenance.
- Verify that virus updates and scheduled scans are performing as expected.
- Review recovery strategies and revise if necessary.
- Compare system performance to established baseline.
Peripheral Device Service
- Evaluate and configure printers for optimal performance and load balancing.
- Recommend Uninterrupted Power Supplies (UPS) or evaluate your existing UPS
capabilities.
What will it cost?
Our service rate is $90.00 per hour. An initial network
evaluation typically takes two hours. Subsequent network service
takes one hour.*
For workstations and servers, initial service typically takes
two hours per workstation and three hours per server. Subsequent
service takes one hour per workstation and two hours per server.
Peripheral tune-ups typically take 30 minutes to one hour.*
We will work with you to determine the frequency and cost of a
maintenance program that is right for your network.
